Key Responsibilities

  • Handle guest reservations with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to check-in.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with a proactive approach.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates, packages, and hotel services to offer personalized recommendations.
  • Ensure all reservations are entered accurately into the system, and special requests are communicated to the relevant departments.
  • Maximize occupancy rates by identifying opportunities to upsell rooms, packages, or add-on services.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reservation reports for management review, highlighting key trends and insights.
