About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers to provide a professional Estate Agency service.
  • Identify new leads and generate new business to improve performance and meet branch targets.
  • Work closely with the Directors to achieve branch objectives and provide a positive experience for clients.
  • Provide clients with a professional Estate Agency service, maximising business from opportunities created.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator.
  • Ability to drive and have own car.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and meet branch targets.
What We Offer
  • £35,000 on target earnings.
  • Basic salary to £20,000.
