Key Responsibilities:

As a Tesco Travel Money Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience when purchasing foreign currency.

Your Key Tasks:

  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to gain a better understanding of their travel and currency requirements and tailor their experience based on their destination.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted travel money advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services.
  • Engage with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be numerically proficient, IT proficient, and have excellent communication skills. You will also need to have a desire to succeed and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
