The Role

Ocho is seeking a talented Senior Frontend Developer to become a key member of their dynamic team. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will lead the development and implementation of user interface components using the latest front-end frameworks and UI libraries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with back-end developers to create seamless user experiences
  • Translate design mockups and wireframes into clean, simple, well-documented, and effective code
  • Optimize application components for maximum performance and scalability
  • Implement responsive design principles to ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a senior position, with a strong portfolio showcasing both development and design skills
  • Proficiency in either Angular or React, with solid understanding of HTML, CSS & JS
  • Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and async request handling
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a strong focus on continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with Agile principles
