Role Overview


This is an exciting opportunity to join Pavilion Recruitment Solutions as a Telebusiness Associate, working in the Business Development Team.


The Key Responsibilities


You will be working on the intuitive CRM system, proactively responding to enquiries and making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to arrange meetings for the Consultants.


You'll also be working closely with the marketing team, supporting them with campaigns and delivery of great content and advice for the clients and prospects.


The Ideal Candidate


We're looking for enthusiastic, driven telesales professionals who can deliver against targets and generate opportunities for new business.


You'll need to demonstrate success in telesales, telemarketing or tele-research roles, including setting appointments for field sales consultants.


Requirements



  • Experience in a B2B telesales / telemarketing role
  • Ability to manage your own workload and pipeline of activities and opportunities
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to understand the changing needs of businesses priorities
  • Knowledge of the CRM system
