We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Manager to join our team at YHA Ambleside. As a Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management of our operational budget and delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and support team members working on reception
  • Carry out cleaning and housekeeping duties
  • Work in the kitchen and serve food and drinks

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to cover different shifts and tasks
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service, including the management and delivery of a quality service
  • Food safety level 2 and APLH level 2 qualifications desirable
  • Experience working knowledge of managing varying pressures, including significant peaks in workload demands and experience of managing a team
