Job Opportunity
Mencap is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Thorpe Willoughby.
As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
You will work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you will play a vital role in their life.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with learning disabilities in their daily lives
- Assist with daily activities, such as personal care and household tasks
- Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities
This role requires you to be a driver.
