Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the apprenticeship standard to learners in their place of work, providing support, guidance, and motivation to help them achieve career-building qualifications.
  • Help learners achieve transferable skills in Maths and English, if needed, and manage your own admin tasks.
  • Work with learners in various hospitality settings, including front and back of house, to provide expert guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with industry champions to establish and maintain industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Recent professional experience gained at Supervisor or Management level in a hospitality setting.
  • NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality.
  • Extensive, relevant vocational experience in food & beverage, food production, and beverage service.
  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills.
  • GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent).
  • Experience of working autonomously.
