Attendance Officer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Attendance Officer to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing student attendance, identifying trends and implementing strategies to improve attendance rates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze student attendance data to identify trends and patterns
  • Implement attendance strategies to improve attendance rates
  • Communicate with parents and students to resolve attendance issues
  • Work with the SIMS Attendance system to track and manage attendance data
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement attendance policies
About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve attendance targets.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in attendance management, preferably in a secondary school setting. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of SIMS or equivalent education software and be able to work with parents and students to resolve attendance issues.
