**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Principal Asset Delivery Specialist to lead our engineering delivery team.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in facility engineering and maintenance services, electrical building services, and/or leadership in engineering delivery.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
  • HNC/HND/Level 4 qualification with suitable related experience.
  • Familiarity with facility engineering and maintenance services, electrical building services, and/or leadership in engineering delivery.
Estimated Salary:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
