We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Regional Bank Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality personal care to our residents, supporting them with daily activities and developing meaningful relationships with their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional personal care to our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
  • Support residents with daily activities, such as washing, dressing, and eating, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents and their families, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent resident outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in care or a related field, with a passion for delivering high-quality care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car, with a willingness to travel between care homes.
