Apprentice Painter

The Bagnalls Group of Companies is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Painting and Decorating Apprentice. The Role:

As a Painting and Decorating Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting experienced painters and decorators with various tasks, including preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and maintaining high-quality customer service standards.

Training and Development:

You will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, including formal qualifications, on-the-job training, and guidance from experienced mentors. This will enable you to develop the skills and knowledge required to excel in your new career.

Salary and Benefits:

Pay:

• Year one – £253.30 per week
• Year two – £302.64 per week, or the National Minimum Wage for age
• Year three – £352.95–£451.62 per week, dependent on college progress

Following completion of the Advanced Apprenticeship course, plus sufficient time to apply experience on-site, our basic pay is £14.46 per hour (£29,325 per annum). We also offer opportunities to earn a bonus.
