Medical Field Service Engineer - CT Computed Tomography Imaging Systems

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Medical Field Service Engineer to join our team, responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of advanced CT Medical Imaging Systems at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout the South East.

About the Role: As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of technical expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of CT Medical Imaging Systems.
  2. Working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintenance of high-quality standards.
  4. Staying up-to-date with the latest technology and advancements in the field to provide expert advice and support to customers.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment, either electro-mechanical or electronic.
  2. Qualification in electronics, engineering, electrical, or another relevant technical discipline.
  3. Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments.
  4. Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges.
  5. Full UK driving licence.
