Sales Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our client's main dealer site in Hull. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Sales Executive team to achieve strong sales performance on a monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the senior management team to drive sales in the department through processes and training the team to work in a professional manner.
- Making sure the team offers strong customer service, maximising sales while promoting a strong profit per unit, and working closely with the finance team to secure the best deal for the customer.
- Controlling the used car stock to ensure the right vehicles are available for the market area.
- Making sure all online adverts are done to company and manufacturer guidelines.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade.
- Good understanding of both new and used vehicle sales.
- Ideal experience running a large sales team, highly successfully.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
