About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Dukes Hotel and The Bird, Bath. As the second in command of our dedicated brigade, you will work alongside our Head Chef to deliver exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the kitchen, maintaining high standards and assisting with ordering, rotas, training and development for kitchen and front of house team members.
  • Be hands-on in the kitchen, preparing lunch, afternoon tea and dinner menus.
  • Contribute to future menu development for a la carte restaurant menus, events and private dining.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and legislation within the kitchen.
