Service Desk Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic IT support team, providing expert assistance in resolving technical issues. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex hardware and software problems, managing and prioritizing support tickets, and ensuring timely and efficient resolution of support requests. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless IT operations, while meticulously documenting and logging support activities and resolutions.
Job Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Familiarity with retail sector IT systems (an advantage)
- Capability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends
Contract Details:
- Nottingham-based, 5-day working week
- Shifts between Monday and Sunday, from 0700 to 2100
- Initial 3-month contract with potential for extension based on demand and performance
