The Role:

As a Waiter/Server, you will be responsible for providing a friendly, efficient, and courteous service to our guests.

You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that our high standards of quality and cleanliness are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that food is served promptly and to the highest standard.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
