About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality mortgage advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to understand their mortgage needs and provide personalized advice and solutions
  • Work closely with our Admin Support Team to ensure cases are completed and FCA compliant
  • Seek out the best financial and mortgage solutions for our customers
  • Meet and exceed targets, building great relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Liaise with lenders to stay up-to-date with new products and services
