Job Overview:


HR Talent Partners is seeking a junior associate to join its Capital Markets department. The ideal candidate will have completed an English training contract and be 1-3 years qualified with experience in debt finance, preferably in securitisation, structured finance and/or structured products.



About the Role:


This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment and have strong critical thinking, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.



Key Responsibilities:


The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in debt finance activities, including securitisation, structured finance and/or structured products. They will also provide general banking support and contribute to the growth and development of the Capital Markets department.



Requirements:



  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in debt finance, preferably in securitisation, structured finance and/or structured products
  • Strong academic credentials and writing skills
  • Excellent critical thinking, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
