The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hygiene Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the hygiene team to ensure that all areas of the facility are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement effective hygiene protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned with our hygiene and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the organization.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on hygiene and quality procedures.
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation and records are maintained and up-to-date.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure that our hygiene and quality standards are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in hygiene and quality management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a hygiene or quality management role.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
