Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with Austin Fraser, a successful provider of scientific laboratory instruments and services. This position involves installation, diagnosis, service, and repair of various scientific instrumentation across the North West of England.

Based from home, you will travel extensively to customer sites, covering locations across the region. Your primary focus will be on working with elemental analysers, predominantly diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in these complex systems.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in analytical instruments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, allowing you to efficiently identify and resolve issues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, ensuring seamless interactions with clients

A full UK driving license is essential for this position, as extensive travel is required. The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
