">Your Role
">We're seeking an exceptional Marketing and Sales Administrator for Architects to join our team. As our new hire, you'll be responsible for preparing and following up fee proposals, managing our partner programme, and collaborating with our team to achieve business objectives.
">Key Responsibilities
">* Managing our partner programme and collating social media material
* Preparing and following up fee proposals, converting quotations to projects
* Handling client inquiries and responding to their needs
* Collaborating with our team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
">To succeed, you'll need:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organised and methodical approach to work
* Friendly and outgoing personality, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and our company project management software
* Knowledge of CRM software and fee proposal preparation
* Self-driven individual with a keen eye for detail
