European Private Equity Fundraiser

We are working with a leading private equity firm focused on next-generation growth buyout managers across Europe.
This highly regarded firm is now looking to hire their first dedicated IR/Fundraising professional to work in a 360-degree capacity across project management and distribution, initially on a part-time basis with the opportunity to convert to a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage existing and prospective investor relationships to ensure continuity and build a robust IR function with the right tools for long-term success.
- Maintain relationships with existing investors, address queries, and support fundraising efforts, cooperating with placement agents as required.
- Participate in conferences (e.g. Super Return, IPEM) and non-deal roadshows in major European cities.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing and fundraising materials, including investor presentations and reports.
- Enhance quarterly investor reports and updates.
- Collaborate with the investment team to secure co-investments when applicable.
- Drive event organization and content development for annual events.
- Introduce new processes to enhance the investor experience.
- Prior experience in Investor Relations or fundraising within private markets and strong academic credentials.
- Collaborative attitude, positive outlook, impeccable work ethic, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Highly numerate, proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organisational skills, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and time management.
- Familiarity with key private equity performance metrics/ terms.
The estimated salary range is between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
