CV-Library is seeking a seasoned Sales Performance Improvement Analyst to join our team at our UK headquarters in central London. This is a 12-month contract, with a hybrid work arrangement that balances office time with remote work.

About the Role:

As a Sales Performance Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for driving sales channel performance through data-driven insights and recommendations. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting issues for our sales agents using Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and other software tools.

  • Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards to track sales performance metrics.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify areas of improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, with a strong background in data analysis.
  • A learning mindset, with the ability to identify and implement experiments that drive sales growth.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce, with advanced knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA programming.
