Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality systems and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead a team of quality assurance personnel to ensure all production is delivered to strict quality and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality assurance role in the food manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of implementing quality systems and leading teams to achieve quality and safety goals.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and regulatory requirements.
