Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing estate planning advice, drafting legally sound wills, and managing probate processes. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to discuss their estate planning needs and draft wills that reflect their wishes
  • Manage the probate process, including asset valuation, debt settlement, and distribution to beneficiaries
  • Advise on and prepare LPAs for clients' financial and health matters with the Office of the Public Guardian
  • Promote the department's services by building strong client relationships through proactive marketing initiatives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3 years of experience in Wills & Probate, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

Venn Group offers a competitive salary depending on experience, which we estimate to be around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for career development and training.
