Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer in-bound calls from customers looking for a new build mortgage
  • Build rapport with customers while asking multiple questions and gaining information
  • Liaise with the Mortgage Broker to clarify suitability
  • Once verified, call the customer to book an appointment with the Mortgage Broker

Requirements:

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Clear communication skills
  • Able to build rapport quickly
  • Great keyboard skills
  • Sales ability desirable, with experience in a targeted environment
  • Knowledge of mortgages advantageous, but full training will be provided
  • Must be able to work on Saturday and Sunday (off on Tuesday and Wednesday)
