Customer Support Role Overview

The ASML organization is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a leading role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems at customer sites.

Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and implement solutions, and providing training and guidance to customers on the use and maintenance of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of our systems.
  2. Problem Analysis and Resolution: Analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and develop and implement effective solutions.
  3. Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide training and guidance, and ensure seamless integration of our systems into their operations.
  4. Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues and customers to drive continuous improvement and excellence in support.

As a successful candidate, you will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as Computer Science, Data Engineering, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering. Relevant industry experience and specialized knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, or electronics, as well as semiconductor processes and relevant software, are highly desirable.

You will be required to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a larger team to achieve shared goals and objectives. A strong understanding of standard escalation protocols and the ability to work effectively in a shift schedule are essential.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills, and be able to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment. You will also need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new situations and challenges.
