We are on the lookout for a skilled professional to join our vibrant Internal Communications team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Digital Communications Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the intranet, ensuring effective governance, user-friendliness, and the creation of engaging content for staff across the organization.
  • Develop captivating narratives for our award-winning communication channels, including newsletters, intranet updates, social media, podcasts, videos, and blog entries.
  • Support the organization of internal events such as open days, company recognition ceremonies, and conferences.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of targeted campaigns and initiatives to optimize the impact of our communications.
  • Manage and prioritize inquiries from the central communications mailbox.
  • Coordinate the organization’s charitable partnerships.
  • Assist in the regular analysis and reporting of key performance metrics to showcase the effectiveness and return on investment of our communications efforts.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in communications or a related field, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and preferably having prior experience in copywriting and editing within a communications setting. Proficiency in IT, coupled with excellent communication and time management skills, is essential for thriving in our fast-paced team environment. A proactive approach to supporting colleagues and fostering strong professional relationships at all levels will be a key asset.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in communications or a similar discipline.
  • Experience in an internal communications role is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in content creation, with the ability to identify and curate opportunities for diverse formats.
  • Exceptional writing abilities, capable of tailoring content for various audiences.
  • Excellent proofreading capabilities.
  • A professional and dynamic work ethic.
  • Advanced IT skills; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and media editing tools is a plus.
  • A collaborative team player, able to thrive in a high-energy environment.
  • Approachable and personable, with strong communication skills.
  • Highly organized, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Methodical and detail-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside standard hours, including overnight travel.
