The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Advisor for the Agricultural Sector. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting and driving sales, and contributing to the effective operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the country store, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and standards are achieved.
- Actively promote and drive the sales of all products, with the aim of maximizing profitability.
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, providing recommendations with integrity, and delivering first-rate solutions.
- Support the branch in ensuring that daily routine tasks are completed, and adopt flexibility to ensure other duties, such as warehouse or delivery tasks, are completed in a timely manner and to the required standard.
- Take a lead role in ensuring the success of the company by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable margin target achievement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full UK driving license.
- Excellent customer service skills, with an appreciation for our customer base.
- An organized approach to work and the ability to work using your own initiative.
- Practical problem-solving skills.
- A flexible approach to work and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
