Role Description:
Join our team as a SEN teaching assistant and contribute to the academic success and personal growth of students with Special Educational Needs in a secondary education setting. Your responsibilities will include providing individualized support to students, collaborating with teachers to adapt teaching materials, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Your Key Tasks:
• Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with SEN
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, adapting teaching materials to meet their unique needs
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a safe learning environment
• Participate in ongoing assessments and evaluations, contributing to the development of targeted support and resources for students
