**Role Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Residential Youth Mentor in Erdington.

The successful candidate will work closely with young people aged 8-18 who require support due to Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supporting young people in daily activities, including personal care and educational sessions
  • Engaging in recreational activities and promoting physical exercise
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to young people
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude.

The salary for this role is £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Working Arrangements:**

This role is based in a residential setting in Erdington, Birmingham, and requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

A full UK driving licence and car are essential for this position.
