Job Summary
PriceSenz is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Advisor to support the operation of clinical trials. As a key member of our team, you will provide scientific expertise to conceptualize, develop, and provide guidance on clinical and healthcare-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with staff on the coordination and integration of standard operating procedures among Branches to facilitate the conduct of clinical treatment trials.
- Coordinate a team of clinical advisors to design and implement new policies and procedures to improve the safety and efficient functioning of clinical trials.
- Provide clinical care directly to patients enrolled in Metabolic Disease Branch protocols.
- Provide clinical support to Clinical Endocrinology Consult Service.
- Establish medical diagnosis for common short-term and chronic stable health problems.
- Perform comprehensive medical history and physical examination and interpret findings.
- Order, perform, and interpret laboratory and/or diagnostic procedures. Perform therapeutic or corrective measures.
- Phlebotomy.
- Placement of intravenous catheter.
- Prescribe medications.
- Provide emergency care.
- Refer patients to appropriate intramural consultant services.
Requirements
- Graduate Nursing degree.
- Nurse Practitioner degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in clinical trials and healthcare management.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
