Join Our Team as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / Plumber

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / Plumber to join our team at a large tourist attraction in SW London.

In this position, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance work, as well as installation work across the site. You will be working closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all mechanical and plumbing systems are running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial/property building maintenance and possess a good understanding of M&E/Fabric systems. You should also have hands-on experience with pumps, motors, seals, bearings, air conditioning systems, water treatment, and BMS systems.

You will be required to monitor mechanical plant, perform basic electrical duties, and carry out general building fabric work. Additionally, you will need to escort specialist subcontractors on site.

The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 07:00am to 16:00pm (40 hour week).

Requirements:
  • Mechanically/plumbing qualified - trade certificates must be provided
  • A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
  • Installation experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Happiness to cover a large site
  • Honest, hardworking, and reliable
Salary Package:
  • Up to £38,000 per annum
