Job Title: Retail Marketing Manager

House of Fashion Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced Retail Marketing Manager to join their marketing team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of retail marketing and be able to champion the shopper and customer in pursuit of delivering a best-in-class retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end campaign work, managing day-to-day activities from creation through to execution of retail marketing activation activity.
  • Build effective relationships with marketing teams of key retail partners to ensure they show up best-in-class in retail touch points.
  • Be the expert on retail marketing, managing internal and external creative partners to create world-class creative that brings the brand to life in retail.
  • Manage retail projects from brief through to execution, prioritizing and developing timelines to ensure high-quality delivery of retail marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in retail marketing, ideally for an outdoor lifestyle/sportswear brand.
  • Ability to champion the shopper and customer, understanding in-store needs and delivering a better retail consumer journey.
  • Culturally aware and able to wield cultural awareness as a brand-building tool.
  • Desire to be a self-sufficient project owner, taking initiative and managing own time excellently.
  • High level of curiosity, bringing enthusiasm and new ideas every day.
  • Collaborative approach, working with teams to achieve goals.
  • Outdoor-curious, with a willingness to show understanding of the product lifecycle.

House of Fashion Associates Ltd is a global outdoors lifestyle retail brand, seeking to recruit an experienced and talented Retail Marketing Manager to join their marketing team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of retail marketing and be able to champion the shopper and customer in pursuit of delivering a best-in-class retail experience.

We are a storytelling brand with incredible, authentic stories to tell about our history, products, purpose, and stories of outdoor adventure from our ambassadors. We have already begun to realize this in retail, and now we plan to supercharge it.

We expect this person to show retail marketing leadership, as part of the brand marketing team and a growing retail team, with responsibility to activate the retail marketing strategy in market. This will involve close alignment across function with commercial teams and the regions to support sell-ins with retail marketing initiatives.
