_neighborHealth is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team in the Nationally acclaimed Neighborhood PACE program. This is an immediate full-time opportunity for a detail-oriented and dependable professional to assist clinical staff in the management of medication review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clinical staff in medication review and management
  • Rotate between PACE centers to support program operations
  • Develop strong communication skills to effectively engage with participants and healthcare workers
  • Organize and manage time to meet deadlines and priorities

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Current valid and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license from the MA Board of Registration in Pharmacy
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
