We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join our Private Financing Solutions team in EMEA. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing and structuring private placement transactions, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with clients and external advisers.
- Responsibilities: Lead preparation of pitch material, execute and structure private placement transactions, liaise with client and external advisers, maintain an investor database and identify potential new investors.
- Requirements: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, hands-on experience of private capital markets transactions, strong technical knowledge and understanding of private placement processes.
