About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Beiersdorf UK Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering in-store excellence and executing our key principles of The Perfect Store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure in-store compliance and execution of KPIs through increased intervention values and maximized opportunities
  • Maintain a call file of stores, build relationships with key contacts, and facilitate improved in-store plans that benefit Beiersdorf
  • Interact with key stakeholders to ensure a full communication flow, clarity on strategic priorities, retailer objectives, and PICOS
  • Monitor stock levels, correct book stock errors, and feed back on promotions to ensure compliance in-store
  • Deliver monthly and annual intervention value, translating to Net Sales value by retailer, and report on progress
  • Ensure all tools and systems, including Trax, are utilized
  • Understand each retailer's expected standards of performance and conduct within store
  • Promote the company image by representing Beiersdorf's core values to all customers
