Job Title: Construction Project Manager

United Living Group is a leading provider of construction services, and we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Manage and coordinate the work of construction teams, including subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to ensure project deliverables are met

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management, preferably with a main contractor
  • SMSTS / SSSTS / CSCS certification
  • NVQ 6 or 7 desirable
  • Considerate Constructor scheme experience
  • Commercial understanding and ability to prepare and present project reports
