This position is within the business\u2019s personal tax department, where you will work closely with Partners, providing employment and share scheme services to a diverse portfolio of clients.

You will be involved in various compliance, tax advisory, structuring, project-based, and transactional work, including due diligence and report preparation. Additionally, you will participate in business development initiatives and collaborate with the team to generate new work.

This is a brand-new post in a Top 15 chartered accountancy practice with a modern working environment and excellent staff retention rate. There are promising career prospects within the team, and you will be able to maintain a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage the employment tax relationship with clients.
* Lead work and be actively involved in the provision of advisory projects to clients, including those from other departments and offices.
* Report directly to tax Partners and Directors.
* Identify opportunities to offer additional services to clients and contacts.
* Lead and support business development initiatives.
* Take primary responsibility for financial performance on client/project work.
* Manage billing for your work, balancing the need to maximize recovery and manage client expectations.
* Consider and manage risk in all interactions with clients.
* Demonstrate a sense of urgency and understanding of how work delivery impacts the Firm\u2019s ability to serve clients.

Requirements:

* ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification is essential.
* Significant employment tax/share scheme experience on a range of compliance and advisory projects is required.
* A passion for client service is necessary.
* Display energy, enthusiasm, and a focus on achieving results.
