Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and self-motivated individual to develop a career in office administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day administration tasks, using Excel spreadsheets to input data and create reports. Strong administrative skills and experience using Excel are highly desirable.
The role is fully-site based, with hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. The salary for this position is between £24,000 to £26,000 depending on the candidate's experience. The company offers a range of excellent benefits, including free on-site parking, 28 days' holiday, and opportunities for bonus and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:- Taking receipt of orders from clients and logging them in relevant Excel-based trackers.
- Issuing instructions to site teams and subcontractors.
- Processing variations between site teams and clients.
- Compiling and agreeing final accounts with clients and liaising with the accounts department to invoice works.
- Agreeing customer final accounts and issuing payment notices.
- Managing and running weekly reports relating to works in progress.
- A positive attitude to work.
- The ability to communicate effectively with a range of people.
- Proficiency using office IT applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Thorough and meticulous person with an eye for detail.
