Job Title: Adults Learning Disability Support Worker

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adults Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.

About the Role:
  • Provide therapeutic care and support to adults with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.
  • Assist residents in their daily lives, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Monitor and record patient conditions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Support residents in accessing community activities and hobbies, promoting social inclusion and engagement.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of experience working in a social care setting.
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature.
