Account and Data Executive Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our expanding team for a well-established client based in the Wednesbury area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on growing and developing existing clients along with trying to generate new business opportunities.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management issues and matters.
  • Ensure that our products meet the needs of all of our customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Communicate with and provide feedback to the Head of Sales regarding any issues or fluctuations with customer spend or performance.
  • Play an integral role in ensuring existing customers' needs and expectations are always met.
  • Attending Health & Safety training when required.
  • Identifying risks involved in work activities and undertaking such activities in a way that manages those risks.
  • Active reporting of health and safety hazards or potential hazards immediately when recognised.
Requirements:
  • Customer orientated way of thinking
  • B2B Experience
  • Experienced in management.
  • Good Communication and Team working skills.
  • Self-Motivated
  • Ambitious in order to grow with the business.

  • Hours of work: 40 hours between the hours of 7am-5pm
  • Holidays: 23 days plus bank holidays (added 1 day per 5 years)
