Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our expanding team for a well-established client based in the Wednesbury area.
Key Responsibilities:- Focus on growing and developing existing clients along with trying to generate new business opportunities.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management issues and matters.
- Ensure that our products meet the needs of all of our customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with our products and services.
- Communicate with and provide feedback to the Head of Sales regarding any issues or fluctuations with customer spend or performance.
- Play an integral role in ensuring existing customers' needs and expectations are always met.
- Attending Health & Safety training when required.
- Identifying risks involved in work activities and undertaking such activities in a way that manages those risks.
- Active reporting of health and safety hazards or potential hazards immediately when recognised.
- Customer orientated way of thinking
- B2B Experience
- Experienced in management.
- Good Communication and Team working skills.
- Self-Motivated
- Ambitious in order to grow with the business.
- Company Car
- Hours of work: 40 hours between the hours of 7am-5pm
- Holidays: 23 days plus bank holidays (added 1 day per 5 years)
- Pension Scheme + employee contributions
- Death in Service (4x salary)
- Free off-road parking
