This leading property and infrastructure expert requires an additional professional to support strategic acquisitions and development advice. The ideal candidate will have experience in negotiating agreements and assessing redevelopment projects around major infrastructure schemes.
Key responsibilities include providing valuation expertise, working closely with Local Authorities/Public Bodies, and contributing to the growth of the company's portfolio.
A Chartered Surveyor (F/MRICS) with experience in the infrastructure industry is preferred, while Registered Valuer status is also highly regarded.
The role offers a hybrid working model and is based in the Midlands/Northern England region, where the majority of projects are located.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience/qualifications, estimated to be in the range of £40,000 - £60,000 + benefits.
