We are seeking a skilled Children's Home Deputy Manager to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of residential childcare services for children aged 7-17. Key responsibilities include forming part of an experienced team, coaching and mentoring staff, and ensuring the children's placement plans are communicated and understood.

This role requires experience as a Deputy or Assistant Manager or Senior Residential Support Worker in the sector, a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent, and a full understanding of safeguarding children.
