Structural Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Structural Engineer to join our team in Warwick. As a key member of our structures division, you will work on a wide range of structural projects, from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and detail structural elements using UK and European codes of practice
  • Produce preliminary design solutions and review with clients as part of the design strategy
  • Attend design, project progress, and client engagement meetings
  • Liaise with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to answer technical queries
  • Manage projects cost and programme, and ensure compliance with designers' duties under the CDM Regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2:1 BSc/BEng in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 4 years post-qualification experience in civil and structural engineering
  • Full UK driving license and own transport
  • Chartered or near-chartered status with a relevant body (MICE or MIStructE)
