We are looking for a skilled Teaching and Learning Partner to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting student learning and achievement.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with teachers to develop and deliver high-quality learning activities, providing targeted support to students across all year groups. You will also be involved in delivering PE lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and contributing to school policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons that cater to the diverse needs of student groups
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Provide one-to-one support to students requiring additional guidance and resources
  • Contribute to the development of school policies and practices that promote student welfare and achievement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team

**Estimated Salary:** £41,250 per annum, dependent on MPS + Contract. This is a part-time position, Monday to Wednesday.
