About the Role

You'll be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across Leicester, working up to 6 days a week between 6am and 8pm. Your day will start with an hour or so in the local delivery office, loading the mail for your route, before setting out on foot or in a provided van to complete your parcel/mail round.

You'll be equipped with a hand-held computer device to capture customer signatures for deliveries, with each round typically taking around four hours to complete. The hand-held computer will also act as your routing system, putting your round in the most economical route.

About You

We're looking for upbeat and self-motivated individuals who are happy working alone or as part of a team. You'll have a strong sense of community and enjoy being outdoors, regardless of the weather. Some experience in a customer-facing role would be ideal.

A full UK manual driving licence is essential, with no more than six penalty points. A clean licence is preferred.
