About the Role

The client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly skilled Microbiologist to join their team in a Quality Control role. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that is at the forefront of vaccine and medicine development, using cutting-edge science to improve lives.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the investigation, troubleshooting, and implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) procedures. They will also support the testing of finished products and intermediates, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations. Additionally, they will be responsible for training new staff, updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and timely completion of results into the SAP system.

Requirements

  • Experience in a GMP environment
  • Proven track record in microbiology-focused roles
  • Strong knowledge of quality control techniques
