Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor II to lead our production team in Cambridge, Ontario. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our shift, including material flow, human resources, documentation, and training.

This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with our production managers and human resources department to resolve issues related to production/output, investigate and rectify quality assurance deviations, and provide coaching and guidance to employees.
